Dear Young people of the world, the future belongs to you.  Your parents are phasing out. Leadership is passing into your hands. Shall you be up to the task?  This is a question all of you should ask yourselves. Nothing worthwhile in life, we are told, comes easily; and this is true. If you want to make a place for yourself in this world, you are the one to make it happen.  Your parents will not do it for you.  Your teachers will not do it for you.  Your friends will not do it for you.  They may help but the bulk of it is in your hands. Unfortunately, there are some young people who sit and fold their arms and think that life would toss its good things to them.  If you are among such young people, you may wait for long and in vain.  You must take your life into your own hands.  Work hard to carve out a place for yourself in the world.  Wait for no one.  In fact, most people shall rather stand on your way than help you succeed.  Many people are fighting for the same things like you.  Of course, no one succeeds alone; but whatever support you get from others cannot replace what you must do yourself. The captain of the ship is you; and the earlier you start, the better. Those who start early to set goals for themselves, plane their lives and start to go after their dreams are usually those who succeed the most. If you are reading this and have not yet made a concrete plan for your life, better start today. Think of what you want to become. Make that your life goal. As we journey together, you shall be equipped with the tools you need to shine and sparkle and shake the world.  That is my dream for you.
